2. Use of the Platform

You may use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any token you create or interact with on the platform.

3. Token Creation & Trading

Gemhunt provides tools for token creation and trading on Solana using third-party DEXs such as Raydium. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with blockchain technology, token volatility, and third-party services.

4. Fees & Revenue Sharing

Platform fees and revenue splits are subject to configurations by the platform owner. Trading may incur a fee of up to 1%. Graduation rewards and pool fee structures are determined by Raydium and subject to change.

5. No Guarantees or Liability

Gemhunt does not guarantee the success or liquidity of any token created using the platform. We are not responsible for losses resulting from trades, token launches, or third-party interactions.

6. Modifications

Gemhunt reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
